Rosie Edwards is an internationally renowned tā moko artist, carver, multidisciplinary artist, mother and the wāhine toa depicted in Gwyn Hughes’ Adam Portraiture Award entry, which won the Runner up prize this year.
Rosie and Gwyn will be having an open kōrero about their cultural and artistic practices, their relationships to portraiture and representation and sharing their experiences as artists here in Aotearoa and internationally.
There will be an opportunity for questions at the end of this kōrero.
